How the hell do they have the Olympics in the west coast, and not show them live on the west coast… Greedy bitches. It just shows why NBC is last in network ratings a bunch of monkeys could do a way better job than the current president of NBC. I’m not even a big fan of the Olympics but it would be nice to be able to watch em live while the east coasters watch em. I mean seriously I could chat on twitter about the event with out any spoilers but NO them bastards at NBC wants us to read the information before we actually get to see the event how stupid is that. Why would we want to watch the Olympics after we find out the results before we even get to see the event it spoils the excitement, its like that friend who ruins endings of movies before you get a chance to see it.

It frustrates me that NBC is this fuckin stupid. Everyone at NBC should be fired for the stupidity they keep showing. Firing Conan is one thing but bitch slappin’ the west coast is just plain outrageous the Olympics should be stripped from NBC and be broadcasted on CBS or any other network with credibility.

I would’ve loved to see Brett Favre go to the super bowl this year but, I’m happy with the super bowl the way it is. Colts Vs. Saints two number one seeded teams it’s been awhile since we seen two number one seeds go at it in the super bowl. I expect the Saints to pull the victory, especially since Colts lost Dwight Freeney (still questionable for Sunday.) I hope it’s going to be a high caliber game nothing but Brees and Manning airing out the ball to the best wide receivers in the league. I think its going to come down to a field goal, in an overtime win.

Final score 31-28 Saints Both QB’s will have 300+ passing yards.

I hope this game is just as good if not better than the last 2 Super Bowls

Pacquiao Vs. Mayweather 50-50

All the low shit talking from both camps finally pay off, According to ESPN.com Pacquiao And Mayweather have agreed to a 50-50 split and agreed to fight March 13, 2010 the fight site is still being discussed the three choices are Dallas Cowboys stadium the Superdome in New Orleans, and of course Vegas MGM grand has made offers.

Just the names alone make you think Battle of The Decade I hope this will live up to all the hype

Reality TV personality Tila Tequila has filed a lawsuit against Shawne Merriman over assault accusations from a September incident in which the San Diego Chargers linebacker wasn’t charged with a crime.

In September, San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis dismissed Tequila’s accusations that Merriman choked her and threw her to the ground while she was trying to leave his suburban home…

It’s been a few months what took her so long to file suit against Merriman, I’m not a fan of Tila Tequila I think she’s a mentally handicapped midget with an alien forehead, but I don’t think a man that weighs like 200+ pounds 6 foot whatever should lay a hand on a female, matter of fact I don’t think any man should lay a hand on a woman.

“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009, incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed,” Dumanis said in a statement. “This case is now closed. No further comment will be made.”

With whatever happens I wish them both the best and I still think San Diego Chargers is the best team in the AFC west

In a very hard fought battle, Pac-man became the victor. He pretty much own’d Cotto in the early rounds, although Cotto still had heart int he later rounds but didn’t have the stamina as much as Pacquaio had. Cotto won the first round but Pacquiao took over the fight in almost every round after that.

This brings Mayweather will Pac fight Mayweather or will Mayweather back down, Freddie Roach already said that he would love to see a fight with Pacquaio and Mayweather, and Pac already called out Mayweather.

Chicago lost there Olympic bid being eliminated in the first round, with all the celebrities and all the people rooting for the Olympics in Chicago seems that it didn’t do much to impress the IOC. What made them decide not to vote for Chicago is a question people will be asking.  Was it the failing economy? was it because the dollar has been weakened and they have a feeling that the dollar will be gone by 2016, who knows?  Maybe it was the rise of violence in Chicago.  I would’ve loved to see the Olympics in Chicago since I was born there and lived there for 20+ years, but the government in Chicago is very corrupt and I think it would’ve hurt the economy alot more than helping it.

What a great fight for Mayweather he pretty much dominated every round, even knocking down Marquez once in an early round. Mayweather was way better than Marquez he was heavier, stronger and quicker. Marquez couldn’t even make contact with Mayweather he only landed like10-15% of his punches while Mayweather landed more than 50% of his.

After the fight Kellerman was interviewing Mayweather when he was asked about Mosley, and he said he would let his promoter figure out who he should fight next, when Mosley interrupted him challenging him calling him out, almost starting another brawl in the ring.

Will Mayweather accept Mosley’s challenge?  Or will he wait to see who wins the Cotto Vs. Pacquaio fight.  Everyone i’ve talked to says they want to see Pacquiao Vs. Mayweather and I would love to see this as well.

Either or, Mayweather is sitting on top watching to see who can compete with him, Mayweather is back and he resumes his position as KING.

Brian Urlacher dislocated his wrist in the 3rd quarter versus the Green Bay Packers. As A Chicago Bears fan I am very disappointed in this loss and the Loss against the Packers a game we could’ve/should’ve won. The bears got a long road ahead of them next week they play The Steelers which is a team you don’t want to play against. Cutler isn’t the only one to blame for the bears loss, the wide receivers messed up there routes and dropped so many passes. I was hoping to see some screen passes to Matt Forte, he kept getting stopped when he went outside, he should stick to running inside. I expect a better game from the Bears next week and Cutler to throw less interceptions, especially since the Steelers don’t have Polamalu next week.

In the NFL opener last night The Steelers & The Titans played a great game. It Remained 0-0 throughout the first half until the last five minutes were both teams scored a touchdown.  The Steelers end up winning the game 13-10 in OT, but Troy Polamalu was injured he sprained his MCL trying to recover a fumble.  The Madden Curse continues in Madden NFL 10 and continues to plague the NFL,  Larry Fitzgerald shares the cover with Troy Polamalu, Troy was hurt in the season opener against The Titans he sprained his MCL trying to recover a fumble.  Fitzgerald and the Cardinals play against the 49ers, let’s see if the Madden Curse continues against Fitzgerald on Sunday.

San Diego Chargers superstar Shawne Merriman is finally speaking about the incident that got him arrested yesterday, telling FoxSports.com that his girlfriend Tila Tequila was drunk and he was only trying to keep her safe.

“On September 6, 2009 the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a citizen’s complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided.

“We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety. I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles, California.

“There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriff’s Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department, and I look forward to clearing my name regarding these false allegations. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers.”

UPDATE: Tila has Twittered a response to Shawne’s allegations — saying there’s no way she could have been drunk because, “I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila “Tequila” cuz the irony. I cant drink”

SAN DIEGO (AP)—District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis on Friday dismissed reality TV star Tila Tequila’s accusations that San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman(notes) choked her and threw her to the ground early Sunday while she was trying to leave his suburban home.

Merriman was arrested after Tequila signed a citizen’s arrest warrant accusing Merriman of battery and false imprisonment. Both are felonies.

Dumanis decided not to charge Merriman after her office spent three days reviewing reports from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.

“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009, incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed,” Dumanis said in a statement. “This case is now closed. No further comment will be made.”

Dumanis’ statement was released moments after the Chargers concluded practice. Informed by reporters that he wouldn’t be charged, Merriman said he couldn’t comment until after he’d spoken with his lawyers.

A few hours later, he released a statement that read in part:

“I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s office for carefully reviewing the evidence and not rushing to judgment on these serious allegations. I also appreciate the objectiveness expressed by the San Diego Charges ownership and management, my teammates, my friends and especially all the fans. I look forward to continuing to stay focused on my career goals: a great season of football and the success of the San Diego Chargers.”

In a statement, Chargers general manager A.J. Smith said: “It’s really good news for Shawne. We’re happy things worked out for him on the legal front.”

Smith didn’t return a call seeking further comment.

The Chargers are preparing for their season opener Monday night at Oakland. It will be Merriman’s first game back since having knee surgery after the 2008 season opener.

Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, is best known for “A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila,” which ran for two seasons on MTV. The bisexual dating show featured men and women vying for Tequila’s affections. She has also modeled for Playboy and other men’s magazines.

Merriman said he was trying to keep Tequila from leaving his home because she appeared to be intoxicated and denied harming her.

Tequila’s attorney, Alan Gutman, called Merriman’s explanation “spin” and predicted it would be discredited, saying the 6-foot-4, 265-pound linebacker “brutally” assaulted his client.

Gutman did not return calls seeking comment.
